Early in 2006, Mark Loehr, the new owner of "Foxchase" and I began a wonderful collaboration. The property had been an assisted living facility for a number of years. Marks' vision was to transform this 1930's colonial, rich with history in South Sutton, New Hampshire into a single family home. These photos will give you a glimpse of the progress. This page will be updated and polished with more photos, history and information in the coming months. With 11 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and beautiful barn still to be moved...you will want to watch the progress!
